NOTE: The afternoon sessions are included in a morning workshop registration. If you're unable to attend a morning workshop, you can still participate in our conference by attending the afternoon sessions! From 1pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday, you'll get to sit in on our plenary and keynote speakers, Hands-On Workshops (HOW's), and breakout sessions. You'll hear from agents, editors, published authors, and well-seasoned writers. Friday there will be a book signing and, following the final plenaries, special festivities. Cancellation Policy
We understand not all circumstances can be anticipated. However, our faculty and staff put in a considerable amount of time critiquing registrants’ manuscripts and organizing Writing and Illustrating for Young Readers long before the conference begins. All refund requests must be made in writing. Please email carolloveswifyr@gmail.com to make the request. WIFYR Handling Fee Rates January = 20% February = 20% March = 25% April = 50% After May 1 = No refund Morning Class Deposit Refunds: If you make a deposit on a class and decide to withdraw, there will be a $200 non-refundable fee. Pre-Registration: Booking before January 1 will save your spot in the workshop with a non-refundable $25. The full remaining balance MUST be paid by January 7, 2024 to keep your spot in the workshop. You will receive an emailed invoice to complete the transaction.
